Donaldson Safety launched in October 2015 and I’m writing this in May 2016 – the first blog post on the new website!
When I look back over the past 7 months I feel proud of the work I have done. I feel happy that the assignments I have secured have been challenging and extremely rewarding.
Here are some of my highlights so far:
- Attending the IOSH conference in London was a great experience and opened my eyes to some fantastic ideas that I have put into practice. Excellent speakers motivated me and inspired me at this event.
- Creating monthly Safety Stand Down Days with my current client that involve people from across the business in practical training and group exercises to help to pass on safety information and drive change.
- Working with a great team of people who get on so well and know how to get things done while having a good team culture.
- Being asked to help out by previous contacts with work that fits with my skillset – this gives me a real buzz as I know that people believe I can deliver.
Here’s to the next 7 months… and 7 years!
